Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
We're a recruitment firm in need of a short 30 second animation to showcase our ability to "fish" out the best candidates.
We're looking for a playfull and proffesional look, with a bright and eye catching design without getting too childish.
Please refer to the enclosed storyboard for a visual guideline.
The short will have both voice over and music, but we will add this ourselves. The timing of each slide is vital, so we'll enclose the script so it'll be easier to determine how long each scene should last.
SCENE 1: A peacefull overview over the norwegian fjords.
VO: "Ahh, Norway. Home of the brave. A land full of career oppurtunities."
SCENE 2: A horde of fishing boats pop into picture from all sides and fill the fjord
VO: "Anyone in recruitment are familiar with the problems of reaching out to the best candidates."
SCENE 3: All the fishing boats throw out fishing lines at the same time, camera pans down under the boats into the ocean to show all the empty hooks
VO: "There are too many openings, high demands, few candidates and it's though to get noticed."
SCENCE 4: A school of swimming business men (something like the enclosed picture "fishman") swim by all the hooks, nobody cares or bites.
VO: .You've placed ads on all the channels, but you're still not getting a nibble, what gives?
SCENE 5: Our sailboat comes into the picture (with logo on sail) with other fishing boats in the background
VO: "This is where we come in"
SCENE 6: The fish on our sailboat throws out some "star dust" which instantly grabs the attention of a great candidate.
VO: To win the fight for attention you must dare to be different. Through the use of untraditional tools and market leading competance we're able to reach both active and passive candidates.
SCENE 7: The candidate makes euforic movements while entranced in the stardust. The star dust changes into social media icons (snapchat, linkedin, fb, google, youtube, reddit, etc) A net comes in from the side and the candidate swims into it and gets pulled onboard
SCENE 8: Our fish showcase the candidate to a bunch of other "business fish" on the boat who are clapping and look very impressed.
OUTRO: Fades out to our logo and a text that says "Dare to be different" and a link "www.toptemp.no"
