We need to get as much organic traffic as possible

Dear Sir or Madam,

We have just built a new website which we plan to start operating by the end of the year. Once time comes for us to start it's operation we would like it to be in the 1st page of google in order to have as much traffic on it as we can.

Please can you let me know what would be your cost per month to get it into google's top 10 by DEC 2016?

How many positions per month can we expect to gain with you guys?

Are there any guarantees or refunds/ partial refunds if your services prove to useless?
