Seo tasks to boost ranking

I need a number of tasks fulfilled to boost my websites postion on google.

Website is www.monsheabutter.com.

I changed to squarespace platform recently which has had a negative affect.

I am not an seo expert so i may not be able to use the correct terminology

1. Need all the relevant link building to quality and RELEVANT sites.
2. there is a missing lin for Shea butter (one of my key words) on Wikepaedia and I would like this link to my website. One of my competitors has a broken link, so I would like to capitalise on that also.
3. Like seo wheel link utilised
4. website optimised by updating headings , on page keywords for each page of website.

5. any other function that is effective and relevant for seo
