I am looking for an experienced Link Building Specialist to manage our outreach activities across multiple clients. You will be responsible for finding, vetting, and securing high-quality backlink opportunities (Guest Blogs, Link Inserts) using BuzzStream.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify new link opportunities based on our internal procedures.
Vetting: Ensure every site meets our strict quality criteria (Traffic, Authority, Relevance) before outreach.
Campaign Management: Execute pitches via BuzzStream using our pre-set templates and client-specific email accounts.
Negotiation: Manage replies in Outlook, negotiate placements where necessary, and stay within the client’s "Link Budget.
Reporting: Update our Google Drive tracking docs and OneNote folders to ensure all live links and "in-progress" opps are documented. Will need to record the "Agreed Price" for each link directly in google sheets (for consideration) if prospect requests a payment.
Required Experience:
BuzzStream: Advanced proficiency is a must. You must know how to manage prospects and sequences.
SEO Tools: Familiarity with Ahrefs/Semrush to check site metrics.
Microsoft Stack: Daily use of Outlook and OneNote.
Administrative Precision: You will be running ~14 activities per month and must be comfortable following a strict SOP.
Budget: We are looking for a long-term partner. Please quote your Cost Per Activity (e.g., for one full outreach cycle for one client/campaign) for the management, prospecting, and negotiation work.
Placement Budget: There is a separate, dedicated budget for link placement fees and guest post costs. You will be responsible for managing this budget and ensuring we stay within client-specific limits for each placement.
