SEO for my start-up business

Hope you are great! My name is Rajan Jagdish. I am the founder of Anvore, a Ecommerce business start-up in the UK. The nature of the business is to source and sell premium quality, eco-friendly and affordable handicrafts from India to the UK. I am looking for genuine, reliable and professional SEO person who can take care of all parts of SEO for our website (On-page, Off-page and technical). I do not want to work with an agency therefore, I am looking for a SEO expert with whom I can have a rapport and understanding.
