SEO Competitor Analysis

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

My client is an on-demand home services company which helps visitors get work done around your home (handyman, plumber, locksmiths etc..). I am looking for a gun SEO specialist to perform a comprehensive competitive SEO analysis across 3 of their competitors within the Australian market.

WHAT I NEED
============
A formal looking presentation that covers the following points:
1. Overarching overview of SEO strategy across each competitor - What each competitor is doing from an SEO standpoint
2. How each competitor is using content marketing/PR - Give examples where possible
3. How each competitor is using business service pages to their benefit the visitors and generate organic traffic
4. Featured/important service categories - what else are they doing to elevate their key trades
5. Analyse client's website against competitors with a view on onsite and offsite optimisation aspects - Who's doing it better
6. Any input from your side which could prove fruitful

WHAT SHOULD BE THE OUTCOME OF THE PRESENTATION
===============================================
1. I should be able to understand the competition
2. Communicate SEO need & gaps in a way that is positive and actionable for me to implement
3. Scopes/outline potential SEO strategies that I can implement as quick wins
4. Visual comparisons where necessary

FORMAT & REQUIREMENTS
=======================
1. A formal presentation (ppt) deck with a good logical flow to the content
2. Do not go beyond 40 - 50 slides
3. Use visual comparisons where necessary
4. Have a quick skype session and walk me through the presentation

1.Use tools such as SEM Rush & Similar web for your analysis, I won't be able to provide you access
2. I will provide the client and competitor details once the proposal has been confirmed
