SEO campaign for direct access barrister in England and Wales

I need help to rank my new website employmenttribunalbarrister.co.uk

I am prohibited from using google ads so need an organic campaign.

There are about 20 keywords I’d like to rank for. The highest volume comes from “direct access barrister”.

Targeting all of UK.

I cannot do links involving uploading my address or contact details like directories for about 3 months as I’m unclear where my final destination will be in UK.

I need someone who can help with building good quality links to my site. My site has a blog also but I’m primarily interested in ranking for the high intent service focused words.
