SemRush SEO Analysis & Understanding

Hi,
I have created a website for Online Food Ordering (like Zomato). I wanted someone to advice and guide me on benefits of SEO.

I am looking for 2 hours of your time where you will connect via Zoom, and using my trial version SemRush, you will provide me:

1. Teaching/Understanding of SEO.
2. You will carry-out competitor analysis.
3. You will carry-out SEO analysis on my sites.

I'm hoping the above will help me to better understand the need for SEO and understand cost/benefits.

Additional work:
Once I have understood the above, I would like your assistance:
1. Creating a document for my IT team to add to improve my site., based on your findings.
2. Provide regular support on SEO related work.
