Seeking Experienced LOCAL Seo Expert for Long-Term Position

Hello!

I'm seeking a full-time virtual assistant for a number of on-page LOCAL SEO and other web related tasks.

* Before you continue, if you do not possess **conversational** English, let me save you some time and warn you, you're currently not the right for this job. You **MUST** have excellent conversational English. It's non-negotiable. Period. I apologize for the bluntness but there is simply no other way to say it.

DUTIES / WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF YOU

1. On-Page Optimization: Optimizing images (titles, alt-text, internal data), content (readability, SurferSEO), interlinking, creating and installing new pages (guides will be provided), and following a general guidelinesof SEO optimizations for Local SEO Rankings. Learning new on-page SEO strategies and applying them to our projects.

2. Technical SEO: Enhancing site performance, mobile friendly design, and overall user experience.

3. User Experience / Conversion Optimization: This involves having a basic sense of design and what looks good, comparing our site to the best performing ones and making sure the site looks really good, is easily navigated, has clear calls to actions, and is always working to convert visitors into leads and calls.

REQUIREMENTS

1. You must have excellent English. If you can't pass for a native or close, this won't work out. Part of the job is working with English content and if you can't do that, you can't do this job.

2. You must be fully available for 30-40 hours a week.

3. You must be eager to learn new things in the world of on-page SEO strategies and optimizations for our portfolio of projects.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

1. This is not backlinking
2. This is not citation building
3. This is not spamming keywords across all pages
4. This is not a short-term or low opportunity job

WHAT THIS IS

This is a starting point for an ambitious individual who wants to work up to making $10-15 or even more per hour, doing and managing Local SEO projects for the long term. This is a great opportunity. If your English is good, you already know a lot about SEO, and are willing to learn more, improve your current skills, and work hard, I will provide you with every oppportunity to become a very well paid leading member of my team. $8-10 is our starting range. You can expect to go up as you prove your capabilities and work ethic.

I expect you to understand the bigger picture for my websites (to rank **locally** and generate results) and to be ready to commit to learning and implementing new strategies.
