2. Citation/Niche Specific Directory Listings - helps with ranking in the local 3 pack
3. Online Reviews - Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook - help with ranking in the local 3 pack
4. Social Media Marketing - FB sharing, FB Ads, etc.
5. Blogging - local-specific content for local related keyword rankings
6. Link Building - getting links from local websites to boost authority or niche-specific websites
7. On-page optimization - local-based content and keyword optimization
