The point of SEO is to rank in Google for phrases, so what search phrases did you want to be on Google page 1 for? Your brand name "Fuse School" so when people Google search that phrase your website is at the top of results? Or something like "Free online learning" as a search phrase?
Without this information, it's impossible to quote you see. You need to provide us with direction otherwise you are going to be disappointed with generic copy and paste bids which will be meaningless to you.
