Meta Descriptions, Meta Titles & Indexing Updates

I have a product-based business and need all my meta descriptions & meta titles updated. I will provide some keywords, and there are already long descriptions in there that need editing to 160 characters. I will also provide the format for the Meta titles. ~400-500 products.
Go through all the links that are not indexing on our website in Google & fix any that need editing. 1000+ links - however not all need to be indexed.
