Link Building for Ecommerce website (post Penguin 2.0)

Hi,

We have a successful ecommerce website in the beauty field that has good technical SEO and good content. It consistently ranks well in search, but we have been overtaken by competitors following Google's Penguin 2.0 release.

We therefore want to start a programme of link building to build up our domain authority. We are not looking to "game" the system, we just want someone who can run our programme of establishing natural links from many different websites.

Please do apply if you can demonstrate an understanding of what types of links work in a post Penguin world and how to go about getting them. Your bid will need to include an explanation of what Penguin 2.0 is and what its effect has been on search results.

The amount quoted is a monthly amount for a long-term contract for the right person. Please could you also state how many links you might realistically expect to acquire in a month.
