I need an SEO expert for ongoing work, UK based ONLY

I have a side business offering customers a website design package where I will design and build a new site for them charging a small fee per month to host and provide support etc.

What I would like to do is offer a bolt on service for ongoing SEO work, this would be taking their desired search terms (max of 3) and working a little each month towards improving their rankings. These are small websites of between 5 - 10 pages, where it could be a florist, a plumber or an accountant working in their local areas.

Essentially I would like someone who could provide maybe an hour or so per month for a set cost and I would pass this onto my customers if they want it.

Helping me in the interim with my site to improve rankings would be helpful, signing up new customers to then offer your services to.
