I need advice from someone that has grown a blog/website traffic

I have a lifestyle, beauty, and productivity website. I have been blogging on there for years. I feel like I have tried every strategy I have found online but nothing works. My traffic has honestly just been the same over the years. There's barely any traction to the website. I need someone who has scaled a website. Built its traffic, and can kind of draw me a road map. I always get burnt out due to so much work, with little to no results. I feel like I must be missing something, but I don't know what it is. I need an expert's opinion on what I have been doing wrong.

PS I need practical advice, please. Like you are talking to a friend, not a professional, I don't know a lot of blogging technical terms, I would 100% be lost.

I don't need a blog writer either. I need consultation and guidance.
