Full management of website, SEO, and GMB

Before I begin, if you send me a generic message that is generated by AI, I will not respond to your reply. I need an actual human being to join my team and produce good results.

I have a garage door company based out of the USA (Washington, DC metropolitan area). I have done SEO with another agency for over 5 years and have parted ways - I need results, loyalty, and protectiveness. The SEO manager I will hire will provide the following:

- Increase website traffic and growth with the goal of generating leads and phone calls. Website visits or phone call marketers is NOT the traffic or calls I’m looking for.

- Complete white hat SEO services for a Wordpress based website including 10+ keywords, blog creation/content, link building, optimized content and landing pages, create new pages as needed, provide new strategies, etc to increase traffic and compete against competitors.

- Google My Business Management: Monitor and coordinate content for GMB as it relates to SEO including posts, reviews, etc.

- Manage website host, apps, templates, etc.

- Develop and implement strategies to compete with others in the industry and continue to drive traffic.

- Provide weekly reports, outline site health, work completed, etc.

- Must have experience working with websites in the US AND garage door industry.

- Must be fluent in English.

The following are things I will not accept:

- Excuses: I’m hiring an expert. If something is wrong or not working, find a solution.

- Give me a budget and stand by it. Don’t tell me one thing and then change it (6) months later. I understand that SEO is fluid, but I wasn’t born yesterday. Give me results and be prepared to get paid.
