Superstar PPC Manager Needed

We need a TALENTED PPC Manager who is both creative and methodical to manage our PPC for our current businesses (talex.co.uk / driveprotect.co.uk / other), as well as our new sites that are coming on stream.

We have only ever been able to make PPC profitable by me doing it myself. The problem is that 1) I hate doing it and; 2) I am no good at tracking, tweaking and optimising.

We've tried several PPC companies who talked the talk but couldn't produce the results, and seemed to have no comprehension of the importance of cost per acquisition of a customer! :-)

We need a SMART individual who really gets PPC (Adwords and Bing) to:

1) Set up campaigns (maybe based on our old ones) for the current business and then optimise them to get rid of traffic that doesn't convert;

2) Build new campaigns from scratch for each new project. The next two projects are a dashcam model and an actioncam model (similar to a gopro).

Please indicate in your proposal your hourly rate and how many hours a typical campaign would take to set up, and how many hours per month would be needed to optimise it well.
