This is not a basic setup job — we are looking for a long-term partner who understands how to generate consistent, high-quality enquiries and scale campaigns effectively.
Scope of Works

On-page optimisation across all key pages
Keyword strategy aligned to commercial intent
Content planning to build topical authority
Local SEO (service-area optimisation)
Tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
Off-page SEO strategy (links, authority, brand signals)
Google Ads (PPC) setup, optimisation, and scaling
Mandatory Requirements (Read Before Applying)
Proven experience delivering measurable SEO/PPC results in the UK
Experience within construction, trades, or service-led businesses
Ability to show real case studies (rankings, lead generation, ROI)
Willingness to provide client references if shortlisted
Clear understanding of commercial intent, conversions, and cost per lead
