To build from scratch, an entire Ad-words account which targets every type of payday loan keyword (bad credit, no credit check etc).. you must have years of experience in grouping and optimizing accounts for the best possible return (high QS & lower CPC).

From there, you will then need to manage the account on a weekly basis and keep me informed via email and telephone through out the week on your progress.
