PPC Campaign for property investing company

Hi

I am looking for someone that can set up and run a campaign for a property investment company.

The campaign will promote different pages for different languages, but will be the same information.

The countries to target are

1. UK / Dubai / Qatar / Singapore - English written content
2, Holland - Dutch written content
3. Hong Kong - Cantonese written content

I would like to see a keyword report and evidence of which terms to target.

I understand that no amount of leads can be guaranteed, but I would like to see an estimate of how many I can expect from each country, and what budget is nessacery to achieve.

Budget is limited to start, while we test. So decision will need to be strategic and data driven.
