PPC Assistance

We are currently running Google Adwords with an average spend of £500-£700 per month. After a few months running an "All products feed" we would like someone to simply set up some refining campaigns for us.
Our product values range from under £1 per item to some being £100+
We are running two remarketing campaigns and would like someone to check if they need any changes to perform better.
In terms of refining our main campaign, we are looking for someone to break the campaigns down into brands or categories to get the best out of our spend.
We currently do all the PPC in-house and work off a small budget however we are hoping just an hour or two in the account could make a difference.
We would like to refine and see a better ROI so we can gradually increase the budget each month and then pay a freelancer to manage the account full time.
