Looking for a social media marketer who can scale our Italian real estate business in the UK market.
We sell Italian properties to customers and real estate businesses in the UK.
Must be familiar with all areas of social media marketing, including paid ads, major property platforms, WhatsApp marketing and much more. Must have an analytical approach and be able to work from our playbook.
The target market is qualified real estate agents looking to earn additional commissions by utilising their existing database of clients, and individuals looking to purchase second homes or holiday home investments in Italy and those looking to benefit from liberal Italian tax laws. 200k Maximum take threshold, irrespective of income source.
Must be able to work on their own initiative, although a playbook will be provided as a guide.
Essentially, the opportunity is to win new clients, both business and private individuals.
Ideally, the candidate will be looking to earn a steady monthly income and will be able to show evidence of previous work. An initial trial period will be a condition of any long term work.
