I'm looking for a PPC expert to help manage my client base

Hi,

I'm looking for a PPC expert to help me to manage my client base.

I've reached capacity for how much work I can do for my clients day-to-day and I'm looking for someone who can help me with the work load.

The clients that I would like you to work on are smaller businesses in numerous industries. There are both Lead Generation and Ecommerce clients so I require someone with experience in both.

The ideal candidate will have worked within PPC for a minimum of 3 years, ideally within a agency based role. You will also need to be fluent in English although living in the UK and English being your first language isn't a requirement.

I've been working in PPC for around 8 years, in both agency and in-house roles as well as freelance. I'm extremely passionate about PPC and will need to work with someone who is upbeat and positive.

I have a really great base of clients although I want to grow further and need someone who I can rely on to help me do so.

I'm able to pay around £15/hour and I estimate I will currently need 10-20 hours of your time per month. I'm more than willing to increase the hourly rate as I see the value you can bring.

As the base grows there will also be opportunity to increase your monthly hours.

General tasks will include:
- creating new Search and Shopping campaigns with all best practices included
- generating month-end reports along with clear updates on account performance
- general account tasks, updating ad copy, adding keywords etc (completed in a timely manor)
- creating / implementing ongoing strategies
- completing keyword research
- generating traffic forecasts for new accounts / campaigns

I may also ask you to communicate with some clients although this will 2-3 months down the road.

There's also a growing ecommerce side to the business which you may be able to get involved in.

I will be looking for an application we can use to communicate and manage clients, this will most likely be Asana. Your time will be tracked using Clockify so everything is transparent, you get paid for every minute you work and I get work for every minute I pay.
