Help me improve my Google Ads Campaign

I'm looking for a Google Ads expert to help me evaluate and improve my current Google Ads campaign. I want to manage it effectively on my own after the project, so guidance is key.

Scope of work:
- Review current Google Ads campaign
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback & management advice

This project is for the Google Ad campaign of SMaRT Garage Services, a social enterprise under First Step Trust.

SMaRT Garage Services is an auto centre that provides servicing, repairs and MOTs. It is a standard auto centre, but the profits are re-invested back into our charity.

About our charity:
We are a charity which aims to support people with mental health problems & other challenges that put them at a disadvantage for employment.
This ad is about promoting the aforementioned garage to clients to bring in more income to support our charity.
