I have a Google ads account and have uploaded my products to Google shopping and have been running a google shopping campaign but it's not performing well.
We sell garden furniture and 2 of the most important brands/manufacturers we sell are BARLOW TYRIE and 4 Seasons Outdoor.
If you see the screenshots you'll see our company comes up 1st for the paid ad (The Modern Furniture Company). But on the google shopping ads on the right hand side we do not show up.
The same happens for Barlow Tyrie.

Free Ads do not show in the section you have indicated. That section as well as the section at the head of the page are all sponsored ads. To view ads that are free and visible in google you have to click the Shopping tab or navigate to google shopping homepage. Is this where you want to see the free ads?
