Google Adwords assistance for home business (group ski weekends)

Hi! I run my own ski weekends business from home. My clients are adult groups, eg. stags, hens, friends, work colleagues. I launched in 2015 and use Google Ads to find customers. I have little knowledge of Google Ads and initially set up my campaigns after some google research. I was spending around £800-£1000 per year and receiving a steady and manageable amount of enquiries. However the last 2 years the spend has increased to £1300 and £2100 whilst the number of enquiries has significantly decreased, without me making any changes.

I know of two other companies experiencing similar and believe there have been changes within Google Ads. I currently don't have the spare time to study Google Ads and ideally would like someone to have a look at my account and advise on or make any changes or updates that would help to reduce expenditure and increase enquiries.
