Google ads management - Search + Performance max campaigns

Hi,

I currently have two active campaigns running on Google Ads for my ecommerce website. These campaigns, Ad Search and Performance Max, were set up by me. However, I lack experience in refining and improving both campaigns.

I am seeking to hire an expert to initially correct any errors and set up the campaigns correctly. Moving forward, I would like them to spend an hour or two every week making necessary changes and running the campaigns to improve CTR and conversions.

There are ten products available on my website, all belonging to the same product category.
