Google Ads & GoHighLevel Expert Needed to Set up Automations

We run a tennis coaching business in South West London and are looking for experienced freelancers to help us build and optimise our lead generation and customer follow-up systems.

Please note: we already have a proven marketing strategy and know our market extremely well. We are not looking for a marketing consultant to redesign our strategy. We are looking for highly skilled specialists who can execute and implement.

We are open to hiring either:

One freelancer who can competently cover all areas listed below, OR
Two separate specialists (for example, a GoHighLevel expert and a Google Ads expert).

Project Requirements

A) GoHighLevel / Automation Specialist

We are looking for somebody with strong GoHighLevel experience who can:

Build and optimise automation workflows
Create email and SMS follow-up sequences
Set up lead nurturing campaigns
Configure pipelines and opportunity stages
Set up AI chatbot and conversational AI features
Automate the journey from enquiry to trial lesson booking
Automate the process of converting trial lesson attendees into paying customers
Ensure all systems are properly tracked and monitored
Our leads will mainly come from facebook/instagram ads that we are already running as well as google ads that we're hoping to set up.

B) Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for somebody with proven Google Ads experience who can:

Create and structure Google Ads campaigns
Carry out keyword research
Build conversion-focused landing pages, either inside gohighlevel or wordpress ones that match our website
Set up tracking and attribution correctly
Connect Google Ads campaigns to GoHighLevel
Optimise campaigns based on performance data
Focus on lead generation and bookings for specific tennis coaching products

This role is particularly important because poorly structured campaigns can waste significant advertising spend. We are therefore looking for somebody with demonstrable experience managing successful lead generation campaigns.

C) Lastly, Email Marketing (this isn't the most important aspect at this stage so please don't contact us is email marketing is the only area you're able to help with).

Having said that, experience with email marketing is highly desirable in the gohighlevel expert we're seeking.

We want to build long-term relationships with leads who may not purchase immediately. We are looking for someone who understands:

Lead nurturing
Email campaign planning
Re-engagement campaigns

Converting leads over time
