Google Ads Conversion Tracking in GA4

We have Google Ads conversion tracking set up with Google Tag Manager which is working ok. But the Google Ads data inside our GA4 account is incorrect.
For example, we can see that we have had 4,490 clicks in Ads, but in Analytics it's showing that we have only had 27 Ad clicks for the same period.
Also Analytics isn't showing sales that have come from Google Ads. It is just showing that most sales have come from Organic.
Can you help fix this please?
