Google Ads campaign tidy up and optimise

I've been using Google ads for years and always had good luck with it, paused it to go on maternity leave and since turning it back on it's just not getting any impressions. It's been a while since I've had a professional look at it, so looking for someone to do a one off tidy up of keywords, check all settings etc and get it working again! I'm a private therapist with a small practice, and a small budget! Not looking for whiz bang campaigns, just something to get the odd new client through the door.
