Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are from Liftt roller garage doors.
We are looking for a specialist that can help sort out our lead source through google PPC.
We are based in the UK and only target certain postcode areas with in 40 to 50 mile radius.
We have 3 campaigns running since the beginning of Oct 2021 we keep running in to the same problem with any campaign we do.
That is after a period of time our leads drop significantly. We have tried to work with a Google account manager but not had any luck. When these campaigns started we where getting around 3 - 5 form submissions a day through our website, then something changed and the leads dropped to 1 every now and then some days none.
But our clicks didn't drop or our costs didn't drop. We need to identify why this has happened and sort out how to get back to the 3-5 form submissions a day again.
So to give you some background we started off in 2020 with smart campaigns and these worked well for our lead source, until July 2021 where Google changed something and they started showing our ads on the display network not Google search and our leads dropped overnight.
We tried various things to get it back but nothing changed.
So in October I set up 2 campaigns for Google search only targeting 45+ and certain postcode areas around our city in the UK, also homeowners.
The first couple of weeks we had a great lead source getting around 3 to 5 leads a day. By way of a form submission.
Then it again dropped over night and now we are having days with no leads at all.
We need to find what is causing this and try and get some constancy with our leads. We are also open to a call campaign and the form submission.
Here are some stats from last October and November with the new campaigns so far.
1/10/2021 to 31/10/2021
Clicks - 767 for the month
Form submissions - 30 for the month
Phone calls received - 38 for the month
Appointments made - 30 for the month
-----------------------------
1/11/2021 to 30/11/2021
Clicks - 205 for the month
Form submissions - 15 for the month
Phone call received - 22 for the month
Appointments made - 14 for the month
-----------------------------
What we need as a minimum
Appointments we need minimum - 15 per week or 60 per month
Within 40 to 60 mile radius or postcode area that we cover
What do we need to do in our campaign to achieve this?
Is this something you can help with?
Many Thanks
Jamie
