Browser + server side tracking on MAGENTO using plugins

Hello,
I need to integrate Google Merchant Centre, Meta ads, and Google ads with Magento backend, to ensure the catalogs are synced.
Apart from this, we're also using a payment gateway to quick checkouts. Therefore, the conversion tracking needs to be able to capture this data, too.
If we need a third party tool, such as GTM + server side tracking, please suggest the same.
We need someone who can validate and confirm that all events are passing correctly, in real time.
We will provide the backend credentials.
