YouTube Podcast Promotion Specialist – Long-Term Contract

We are looking for a reliable and experienced YouTube promotion specialist to help promote our podcast episodes and grow our YouTube channel.

The goal is to generate 1,000–1,500+ genuine views per podcast episode, while also increasing relevant channel subscribers and overall engagement.

This is intended to be a long-term, ongoing relationship for the right freelancer.

Responsibilities

Promote each new podcast episode across relevant online platforms and communities.
Identify audiences who are genuinely interested in the podcast topics.
Drive real, targeted traffic to our YouTube videos.
Help increase YouTube views, subscribers, likes, comments, and engagement organically.
Use appropriate channels such as Reddit, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, forums, communities, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Develop creative promotional strategies for each episode.
Monitor performance and identify which promotional channels generate the best results.
Provide a brief report after each episode showing promotional activities and results.
Continuously improve the strategy based on performance.

Target

Our initial target is:
1,000–1,500+ genuine views per podcast episode
We also want to see consistent growth in relevant YouTube subscribers over time.
Quality is more important than simply generating views. We are looking for real people and genuine engagement.

Compensation

$10 USD per successfully promoted podcast episode. (Initial contract $40 = 4 episodes)
This is intended to become a long-term ongoing contract, with new episodes available regularly.

We are particularly interested in freelancers who can demonstrate that they have successfully promoted YouTube videos, podcasts, or similar content before.
