Instagram Engagement for multiple clients

I'm looking for someone to do engagement on a few accounts on Instagram to follow targeted audience and comment on targeted hashtags with long comments (not just 'cool', 'nice' or emojis). Organic growth without a set metric, but consistent growth is necessary. Ideally around 100 new followers per month. Please provide your charge for one account on a monthly basis?

Fluent English is a must! Ideally, a UK based person but not required.
