Seeking a Salesforce professional, who’s proficient in implementing comprehensive sales funnels within Pardot, aligning with our company's Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) activities and scores. Our goal is to develop tailored campaigns across various stages of the sales funnel, including awareness, nurture, and retention campaigns. Knowledge of Pardot is crucial for this project.
Objectives:
Develop top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel sales funnels within Pardot to effectively nurture leads and drive conversions.
Align sales funnel stages with our company's SQL and MQL activities and scores to ensure accurate lead qualification and segmentation.
Create awareness campaigns to attract and engage potential leads, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services.
Implement nurture campaigns to educate and build relationships with leads, guiding them through the decision-making process.
Develop retention campaigns targeting existing customers, aimed at fostering loyalty, increasing retention rates, and driving upsell opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Expertise in Pardot: expertise in working with Pardot, including proficiency in setting up automated campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.
Understanding of SQL and MQL Activities: posses a deep understanding of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) activities and scores, and be able to translate this knowledge into effective campaign strategies.
Ability to Develop Tailored Campaigns: demonstrate the ability to develop customized campaigns tailored to different stages of the sales funnel, incorporating personalized messaging and content.
Track Record of Success: We seek an agency with a proven track record of successfully executing similar projects and delivering measurable results in lead generation, nurturing.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for seamless coordination between our internal team throughout the project.
Deliverables:
Detailed sales funnel strategies and plans for top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel campaigns.
Implementation of automated campaigns within Pardot, including setup of lead scoring and segmentation rules.
Training and knowledge transfer to our internal team on managing and maintaining campaigns within Pardot.
Timeline:
The project is expected to commence ASAP and be completed by 18th March (includes timelines for strategy development, campaign setup, testing, and optimization).
