Modular Mailchimp Template Design

Hi,

I am looking for somebody to create a modular email template, with modules to include:

*Header - to include view in website & merge tags including loyalty points balance
*Logo Header Block
*Feature Header Image
*Headline Text
*Image Block
*3 Column Image and Text Block
*Image & Text Block
*Footer - contact details, web links, social links
*Unsubscribe & copyright footer
*Spacer
*Divider
*2 or 3 CTA button options

I am looking to use Google Fonts & colours to match my website. The template should include a guide as to image sizes etc etc. I can probably find useful templates to adapt on Envato if this saves time/effort.

I can also provide examples of other emails I like.

The template will need to be uploaded, with it's modular blocks to our Mailchimp account.
