I need a full stack digital marketer & VA based in the UK

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role requires a balance of tech confidence, marketing know-how, and strong written communication.

You will assist in:

Setting up and managing the CRM

Creating landing pages

Managing content workflows

Social media content creation

Reporting tasks

You must be comfortable working independently, learning new systems quickly, and adapting to varied client needs.

We work with specialists in various capacities, so you don’t need to be an expert in everything.

We do expect confident working knowledge across all the aspects of the work we do.

This role is for 7-15 hours a week, with potential to expand.

Salary is negotiable (within reason) for the right candidate based on skills and experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


CRM & LEAD MANAGEMENT (GOHIGHLEVEL)

Build and maintain pipelines, stages, funnels, and sites

Set up automations and follow-up sequences

Import, clean, and segment contact lists

Support email campaigns and track lead activity

CONTENT SUPPORT

Format, upload, and schedule blog and social content

Repurpose content into different formats (blog to social to email)

Track engagement and flag underperforming assets

Assist with light copywriting and proofreading

GOOGLE ADS, META ADS, & ANALYTICS (SUPPORT ROLE)

Assist with creating high-converting ad campaigns

Monitor weekly ad reports and key metrics

Help prepare reports and review campaign performance

Assist with conversion tracking and pixel setup

WEBSITE & FUNNEL TASKS

Coordinate landing page builds (GoHighLevel or WordPress)

Liaise with developers or CMS platforms for access or edits

Manage basic web content updates (CTAs, profiles, page text)

REQUIRED:

Sorry, you must be based within the United Kingdom

Confident with GoHighLevel

Familiar with WordPress or CMS editors

Good working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking

Competent in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop)

Skilled with ChatGPT and AI tools, including CustomGPTs and advanced prompting (but please do not use AI to write your application - we will spot it!)

Excellent written and spoken English

Highly organised, responsive, and proactive

Provable prior experience in a digital agency or with multiple business client accounts

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Experience of web-hosting setup (e.g. DNS settings, MX records)

Experience with Make.com (automation)

Use of Descript (audio/video editing)

Familiarity with Midjourney (image generation)

Comfort working with APIs or webhooks
