Help with Mailerlite strategy, campaigns & segmenting email list

I run a fashion based membership with splinter products including sewing patterns, online courses, PDF learning resources and design challenges; and I'm looking for help segmenting my email list and creating a campaign strategy.

The platforms I use are Squarespace, MailerLite and Membervault which I worry are causing limitations on the tracking and functions I can implement (like understanding direct sales from email campaigns, warm leads and subscriber activity)

So far my segments include skill level, location and re-engagement but I'm struggling to create targeted campaigns and make this work to its full potential.

If someone would be willing to both implement and explain the process for me to understand and eventually take over myself, that would be appreciated. Though initially I am seeking a done-for-you service to streamline my email marketing and create an efficient system.
