Help set up kit and integrate into website

Looking for an experienced email marketing & web specialist to build out my Kit (formerly ConvertKit) email newsletter infrastructure from scratch and integrate it seamlessly with my WordPress website and social media channels.

Key Deliverables:

Kit Account Setup & Domain Authentication:

Configure Kit account settings, branding (colors/logos), and master tag structure.

Complete technical domain authentication (DKIM/SPF records) to ensure high email deliverability.

Form & Opt-In Setup:

Design 1 clean, modern embeddable newsletter sign-up form.

Design 1 dedicated high-converting landing page in Kit for lead capture.

Website & Social Media Integration:

Embed sign-up forms onto my WordPress website (homepage, footer, or pop-up/fly-in).

Provide trackable links for Instagram/social media bio integration (Linktree/Smart links).

Automated Welcome Email Sequence:

Set up an automated 1-to-3 email Welcome Sequence in Kit triggered upon sign-up.

Testing & Handover:

Test form submissions end-to-end to ensure subscribers are correctly tagged and receiving automated emails.

Provide a short video or guide showing how to broadcast future newsletters.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Kit (ConvertKit) and WordPress.

Understanding of email deliverability best practices.

Good design sense to match existing brand aesthetics.
