We need to design 2 banners with catchy slogans

We need a design of two banners in one banner (X/Y).
X - First half of banner. Happy customers and good looking house interior. It should contain a short slogan, that basically says something like 'We will fix your issues' and a happy family is a plus.


Y - Second banner. Happy construction workers doing work. It should also contain a short slogan, that basically says something like 'Find work or don't sit without work' and a happy family is a plus.

Requirements:

1. The banners must have a visual split (like a black bar), but should be a continuation. But they will be linked to the same page.
2. It should contain people in high resolution and good quality. It should also be licensed. We will pay for license if necessary. (we can buy the required photos for your use (preferred option or we can transfer funds)
3. Banners should be horizontal and vertical.
4. Banner must contain HAPPY PEOPLE (Ideally a family for first part/good looking construction workers for second part).
5. Banners must contain our logo (attached) and company name.
6. Colour scheme is your job to make the banner good looking and attractive.
7. Must be willing to make our requested changes after submission. This one is a must, I will not spend time arguing.
8. We will start work in 1/2 weeks time. Ideally we will need banner in after we start work 2 - 3 weeks tops.
9. Budget is around 300-400 + licensing fees. (If I would really like your answers to questions or previous work, we can negotiate on budget).

If we will be pleased with your work, we will ask to design a page, which will contain design for download of our app.
