Research online e commerce businesses and items to be sold

I am looking for someone who has some expirience in e commerce, we are starting a drop shipping venture on the side of the existing business which we have,

your task will be searching products and getting the check, sold through the UK and USA.

We will share 20% of the profit with the individual, not on the existing products which we have,

You will go a research, then present your research to us and the director will make an informed decision in the supplying or funding it. (any field but we have a few our director would like to expand on, but he is open to all routes, meeting will be put on the qualifiers and taken from there.

We need someone sharp! not shabby, it doesn't matter where you live, as long as you are aware of the trade, have some IT experience, fast researcher, and available.
