Integrate Shopify with Facebook and Instagram

I have a Shopify site that is complete. I have set up an Instagram page for the Shopify site and a Facebook page as well. Both are set up and connected in Shopify. However, I am struggling to get the Instagram and Facebook 'shops' up and running. I need someone to help me do this and also gain approval - the facebook shop and instagram shop have both been rejected to be authorised and I am not sure why.

I am pretty sure this is quick job as all products etc are already in Shopify.
