Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, results-oriented Amazon Specialist to manage our listings and PPC account. We sell in the Beauty category with an average price point of £10.50. We need an expert who can optimize for high efficiency to ensure our narrow margins remain profitable.

Your Mandate:
Achieve 5x ROAS: You must deliver at least a 5:1 Return on Ad Spend across the account.

Listing Transformation: Improve SEO, titles, and copy to maximise conversion rates immediately.

First Month Results: We are looking for a specialist who can hit these performance targets within the first 30 days.

Drive Organic Sales: Use PPC strategically to improve our Best Seller Ranking (BSR) and increase "free" organic sales.

Scalability: We want to grow. You should be able to scale the account month-on-month while protecting the ROAS.

The Requirements:
