This is an opportunity to handle the multi-channel social media marketing and advertising for a growing training and e-commerce company. Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and scheduling engaging weekly content across four major social platforms - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and a video platform. Posts should promote upcoming training courses, new products, and drive traffic to the website. Knowledge of best practices for each channel is important.

- Implementing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook to help boost brand awareness and drive sales. Ad creative samples and experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is preferred.

- Drafting one long-form article per month related to the company's training topics to enhance their thought leadership and establish them as industry experts. Strong writing abilities are needed.

- Monitoring engagement and implementing strategies to increase likes, comments, and shares over time. Familiarity with analytics tools to track campaign performance is beneficial.

- Providing a portfolio highlighting relevant social media marketing projects you have delivered, including sample post creative, campaign results and case studies. Please also submit your proposed rate to take on this ongoing monthly contract.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years experience in social media management, content creation, and paid advertising. Knowledge of training, education or e-commerce industries is a plus but not required. Please submit your portfolio and rate to be considered for.
