Project overview:
We need someone to source qualified leads and secure at least 10 paid bookings for our 2-day Power BI Masterclass. The first cohort runs on 22nd June 2026.
The course is delivered online, so leads can be based anywhere, though UK-based prospects are preferred and must be English speaking.
If the first month succeeds, there is ongoing monthly work available as we run this course once per month.
Measurable success will be heavily rewarded: this means if you get secured bookings within the next 5 days, if you exceed 10 bookings, or any other comparable success metrics, you will receive a bonus payment and secured ongoing monthly work.
Course details:
The masterclass is a 2-day, expert-led online course priced at £600 inc VAT per person. It covers Power BI from fundamentals to advanced DAX, dashboard building, and deployment, across 7 modules. Target audience:
Ideal leads include business analysts, data analysts, reporting professionals, finance managers, FP&A professionals, finance directors, and operations managers or directors at SMEs. Anyone whose role involves regular reporting from Excel, SQL, or cloud data sources is a fit. We can also accommodate students.
Company size: UK SMEs and mid-market are the sweet spot. We have FTSE 100 training experience but corporate L&D cycles are too slow for this timeline, so focus on individuals with budget authority or small teams of 2 to 5.
Geography: UK preferred but the course is online and open to international attendees.
Remuneration:
We pay a £150 starter fee when we accept your proposal on PeoplePerHour, plus £150 per confirmed paid booking. For 10 bookings on the 22nd June cohort, total earnings would be £1,650.
Partial success is paid pro rata: every confirmed booking earns the £150 fee regardless of whether the full 10 is hit. Per-booking payments are released through PeoplePerHour weekly in arrears, once the customer's payment clears via our Shopify checkout.
If a booking is refunded or cancelled before the course runs, the corresponding £150 is deducted from the next payment. This allows us to ensure you are paid sooner than 22nd June.
How we track your bookings:
You will be issued a unique discount code worth [£50] off the standard £600 price. This serves two purposes: it gives you a tangible incentive to offer prospects, and it lets us track every booking attributed to your outreach. The code is yours alone for the duration of the engagement and does not stack with any other promotion.
Timeline and targets:
The first cohort begins on 22nd June 2026. All 10 places must be booked by 17th June at the latest, and earlier is strongly preferred so we can confirm logistics. We expect to see initial bookings within 3 weeks of starting. If no bookings have come through by week 3, we will review the approach together before deciding whether to continue.
Reporting:
We expect regular communication throughout covering outreach volume, response rates, replies in progress, and any obstacles. This is helps us spot when outreach copy needs tweaking before momentum is lost.
How you work
-Source the leads: source a list of appropriate leads matching the audience described above. If using LinkedIn, you must provide the profile you will be contacting from before outreach begins. If using email, you must use a warmed-up sending domain with healthy deliverability, or a reputable cold-email platform such as SalesHandy, Instantly, or Lemlist. Outreach copy must be approved by us before any messages are sent.
-Direct prospects to book through our standard Shopify checkout using your discount code. Bookings are tracked automatically through the code.
Brand and voice
You will be representing Red Eagle Tech, an authorised Microsoft Partner. Outreach must be professional, accurate about what the course covers, and written in a natural human voice with no obvious AI markers. British English throughout. We will share editorial guidelines and assets you can use.
Candidate requirements
Professional written and spoken English. UK-based preferred. Verifiable LinkedIn profile required. You must show demonstrable lead generation or sales experience with measurable results, whether that is specific campaigns, conversion rates, or client references. Familiarity with B2B outreach to UK SMEs is a strong advantage.
What to include in your proposal
Please include the LinkedIn profile or sending domain you would use, a summary of your proposed approach, two or three examples of past lead gen or sales work with results, and confirmation of your location.
