Google Adwords management

Good afternoon,

I run/own a translation company which has been working mainly through freelance sites like this one.

We have a website and want to try and build an online presence and have looked at Google Ads.

We have an account and have had a running ad as a tester previously.

I'm not sure whether we are using Adwords to it's full potential and want somebody with experience, preferably with an understanding of the translation sector and search terms to get us up and running.
