Develop Real Estate Wordpress Theme

I'm looking for a great designer who can develop me a wordpress theme we can use over and over again. We'd also like to be able to change the theme/background of the site so that we can make them look like unique sites. We'd like a search bar on the home page as well.

The important part here is the design. I have a few themes you can look at and see the development/programming so you need to know what needs to be done.

However, as I said design is the key here.
