Develop a Social Media and E-Commerce SITE

This is a very expansive project, which can be broken up into a few different jobs. This site is both a Social Media site, as well as an e-commerce site. The premise of the business is this: Anyone can create a profile page. They can load videos of them teaching music lessons on guitar or piano. Other members can download these videos for a small charge and learn how to play.

Currently, I have a designer finishing up the main landing page and what I want the User Profile Pages to look like. They are not done yet, but will be within a few days and at the moment I am just trying to line up someone with exceptional skills to work very soon. As I said, this project will probably be broken up into a few different jobs, because I am sure there are a few different skills that need to be implemented to make it work.
