Develop a "design your own sports kit" feature for a website

I am working on a website for a UK sports kit manufacturer. On this site they want to offer customers the ability to design their own sports kit for their team before ordering.

What I need is someone to build the kit design feature. Here are a couple of sites which offer this kind of feature:

Ideally I need something which offers the same functionality as these, but better :).

There will be the following kits. There will be 18 kit designs for each (eg with stripes, hoops etc). All kits will be designed and supplied as layered PSDs

Netball:
Singlets / vests
Boy Shorts / Skirts
A-Line Dresses

Basketball:
Vests/Shorts
Warm up tops / shooting shirts

Soccer:
Short Sleeved Soccer Shirt / Shorts
Long Sleeved Soccer Shirt / Shorts
Long Sleeve Goalkeepers Shirt / Shorts
Short Sleeve Goalkeepers Shirt / Shorts

Rugby:
Shirt - Tight/Loose / Shorts

General Items:
Hoodies – With full length front zip and pullover style
T-Shirts – Short Sleeved
Polo Shirts – Long and Short Sleeved


The process should be:

1) Choose sport
2) Choose kit (eg netball dress, netball top/skirt)
3) Choose overlay pattern (not all kits)
4) Choose colour 1
5) Choose colour 2
6) Choose colour 3
7) Add logo (via upload)
8) Save kit.
9) system sends email with image of kit and form fields (fields to be confirmed, but something like name, email, sizes required etc)

I can provide a PSD to work from, just need the coding done. Ideally I don't want to use Flash, but will consider it if you think its better suited. Timescales I will take your advice, but I need it fairly soon, I am still waiting for some of the kit PSD files.

The main website is built in Wordpress. PLEASE NOTE - I am building the main website myself, all I need is the kit design feature developed, this does not have to be done using Wordpress it can be standalone.
