Hi
I have a low budget $800-$1000 for a start-up, small business.
I am looking for someone to help with develop a responsive theme website for a graphic design business (logos, banners, letter-heads, business cards...)

General Requirements: PHP, CSS, MySQL
1. In the store front, header should have Start a Job, About US, Pricing, Gallery (Gallery showcases design by categories such as logos, banners, business cards, letter-heads ) , FAQ, Contact Us, Login, Term Of Service, Privacy Policy, Blog.
2. Social Media icons to follow us on FB, Tweeter, Google+, LinkedIn positioned on top of the site
3. Footer will also have links to the above pages
4. Registration: This allow customer to enter info for account creation
5. Login: Allow user to log in
6. In the Start A Job, it should include option for customer to select the objectives logos, banners, letter-heads, business cards, web sites..(This web design business could be outsourced to a web design party )
Each options will open up corresponding forms to collect user requirements ( such as design theme, color choice, mood, special notes...)

7. Customer will complete selection of a package, each package has a price, Checkout and make a the payment. Payment will go to store owner Paypal gateway. The form submission will save data to the back-end DB and notify via email both customers and store owner about the job.
At step #4 , the system will save order status as Submitting and save payment status as Successful/Pending/Failed , depends on the result from Paypal API.
8. Admin login to manage customer orders.
Admin only reply to order that has payment status as Successful/Clear.
Admin will reply back to the customer with an initial design .
Design will be sent in soft copy to email and also store a copy of the design in customer order section.

9.Communications will be stored in DB and identified by unique Job ID for each unique Customer ID
10. The customer APPROVE the design by clicking the approve button in customer area. The system will confirm the design as official and save this to DB.
The order status will change status from In Review to In Production This design will be effective and go to production.
11. Store owner will upload and send back the final graphics to customer.
The job status/ order status at this stage will changed from In Production to Complete
12. Customer area allows to update Customer info, review job orders status, send feedback, approve designs
13. Admin area allow orders management, review payment status, review orders, upload design (Prototype or Final)
